Fruit Tart

I've been slowly upgrading the ingredients that I use in my baking.

The first thing I upgraded was the chocolate I used - and what a huge difference it makes. Sure, it costs an arm and a leg, but it's amazing!

Of course, that pretty much means that baking is becoming a pretty expensive hobby. What with the equipment, the ingredients, the time...

Anyway, have recently decided to upgrade my butter as well.

This is the first time I'm baking with Lurpak butter.

Fruit tart with some chocolate ganache at the base.
