So I've been obsessively baking macarons in search of the perfect macaron.
I've finally managed to get everything right... except for the fact that the tops tend to brown.
Now I'm going to have to tweak my oven from fan-forced to non fan-forced and see try to get the heat away from the tops of these... these... things!!!
I've made 7 batches in the past week and I think I'm going slightly crazy.
