Decided to make a chilled cheesecake because I hadn't made one in a long time.
Decided to go for a lemon cheesecake because yellow is such a cheerful and bright color. Very pleased with the results. My only criticism is that the biscuit base was a little bit too thick. In the future I would probably half the amount.

sigh you make the most delicious stuff, you do! the crust is my favourite part so i wouldn't mind it being a bit thicker! that looks perfect.
