Tooth Fairy In The Country

So there's a lemon cheesecake sitting in the fridge, setting away. Very impatient but must exercise self restraint.

Also, there's leftover stew, tons of wonton wrappers waiting to be made into dumplings and more plans.

Things I intend to cook in the near future include:

1. Macaroons
2. Baileys Cream Cups
3. Some sort of layered cake
4. Panna cotta
5. Chicken and leek pie
6. Cheese fondue
7. Carbonara pasta

Am also developing a sudden interest in the art of tempering chocolate. Should have learned it ages ago but I keep putting it off because I don't have a good thermometer. Guess I should put that onto the wish list.
