Decided to do a audit on what's in the pantry and fridge and realized that we have way too many unused ingredients.
Which kinda means today I woke up at 9.30am and proceeded to put some pork spare ribs into my beloved pot and start braising them. Then I decided to use up some stray egg whites in the house and make a batch of meringues (currently still in the oven, how long does it take to dry out?!). Then found some raspberry drops and decided I should make some rocky road out of it. Ohh, and there's some white wine still hanging around - should make a chicken and leek pie.
Too many plans, too small a fridge to accommodate everything. What to do what to do...
