No. 43 - Try 50 New Recipes (10/50)

Had some leftover egg white and decided to make some meringues. I've never tried it out before because of the fear of weeping meringues. However, they turned out perfectly. Also gave me a chance to break in my new piping tip.



Particularly love the hooked tip of the meringues.
