So I haven't really been blogging much of late.

I guess there has been a lot of things that have been weighing on my mind that I prefer not to broadcast to the world.

The weekend is approaching... thank goodness for that. Not sure how I made it through this week.

Life isn't fair.

In the grand scheme of things, I know I'm very well off - and for that I am grateful.

But sometimes, I wish that fate had dealt me a slightly different card.

Flipped through a Malaysian cookbook and have been seized with the desire to cook various dishes.

Going Asian grocery shopping tomorrow to stock up and start cooking up a storm.

Very excited.

Just paid off a whole stack of bills. Looks like I'll be trying to survive on bread and butter for the next few weeks.

Mid-year sales are upon us! Went shopping for 5 hours and refrained from going further - the financial damage was just too great. Love my purchases though - will blog about them when I take photos of them.

Thursday. Friday. Then the weekend! :)

Been looking for a new challenge of late. Life is getting vaguely predictable and stale outside work.

Reorganized my bathroom cupboards and realized that I have a lot of toiletries. Specifically cosmetics and skincare products. I'm not sure if I could actually finish using them in the next 5 years.

Everything's all neat and tidy though, which is a good thing.

Have realized lately that I love micro managing my life. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

No. 36 - Build A Gingerbread House Version 2.0

Photos are out of focus but I'll leave that for my housemate to fix when she gets back.

Isn't it beautiful? Doesn't it look like the perfect gingerbread family? Lol... For once I'm actually satisfied with what I made.

I think I'm going to make this yearly.

Was it worth 8 hours of my time? Totally.

I could tell you stories about my patients - but that would be unethical.

Instead, I shall tell you about the gingerbread house that is currently in construction. It is beautiful. :)
